Arlo Pro wireless camera system won't sync

My arlo camera will not sync with the home base. I've tried everything the community posts say to do and nothing. The light blinks blue 6 times then amber blinks every few secs. Please help. I can not find were to email customer service

Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds. Then press the camera sync button. The slow blue flash should be more than 6 (I think - maybe a minute or so) before giving up with rapid amber flashes. It may be worthwhile to reboot the base and reinsert the battery in the camera in case something weird has happened.

@jguerdat I just tried that and even switch the battery with a known good battery from my other camera and it still will not sync with the home base. Thanks
