Arlo Pro will not add back to accoint

I was replacing the batteries in my Arlo Pro camera. When I put the new battery in, I could not get the camera to work again in the app. This happens occasionally. All I have to do is remove the device and re-add it to my account. I removed the device without issue, and when I went to re-add it the base station would not recognize it. The camera blinked slow blue for pairing and then rapid blue blinking indicating it was paired like it always does, but it does not show up in my app. Please help. Thank you.

Can you try onboarding over the web portal?
