Have tried all the help pages and video learning.  this arlo will not work.  batteries have been changed, syncing has been done within a foot.  camera flashes blue for a few seconds then a quick Yellow/red light, then dark.

 

what is going on?

Sounds like the battery is dead. Did you try recharging it? Did you try sync'ing with AC power attached to the camera?
