Arlo Pro - two of four cameras unable to record

hello. currently two out of four cameras partially work. they catch images, provide live views, and record on command. they do not record normally however. the motion activated recording does not work. please advise. thank you

The running men for each camera in the Devices tab must be black. If gray, they are disarmed. Use the Mode tab, select your base and verify that the Armed mode is selected.  If it is, try power cycling the base.

Not to be silly, but your not using them thru glass windows are you ?

 They will not work thru glass/
