Arlo Pro switch to arm on 3/4G

dear all, good morning,

I have a Arlo Pro set up. I can switch from "Disarmed" to "Armed" as long as I am on WIFI. Once on data network (3G) I can not "Arm" my Arlo system. (I have a Iphone, it used to work well. Geofencing works well as well).

Any suggestions ?

Try a power button reboot of the phone.... re install app...

There should be no reason why it would work one way and not the other

Thank for your prompt reply.

We already reboot/re installed.

In fact I have 2 Arlo systems, 1 (pro) at my office, one (1st gen) at my home, distance is a few miles.

I arm/disarm them from the same Iphone, would that be the cause ?

(with both systems I cannot switch them on/off -arm-disarm them any longer on data/3g network, via WIFI there is no problem)

What is indicating that you cannot change the mode when using 3g/4g? Do you get any error messages?
