Arlo Pro stopped recording after 16 seconds on "record until activity stops" mode

I called Customer Support to report this issue.  Apparently I'm not the only one experiencing this.  The latest firmware was supposed to resolve; but my firmware is updated and I'm still having issue.  CS recommended I switch recording time to a fixed amount of time until their programmers resolve this issue.

I've looked in Settings and Mode and don't see a place to change the length of the recording.  Where do you do that?  Thanks.

As noted in the FAQs here (they're your friends) as well as many threads on this sort of subject, use the Mode tab, select your base and edit your modes.  Sounds like you're just using the Armed mode so edit that and change any settings, being sure to save.  Better yet, create your own custom modes so you have full control and learn what they're all about.
