Arlo Pro stopped detecting motion

I purchased 2 Arlo Pro cameras less than 3 weeks ago and one has already stopped detecting motion, I haven’t had a notification since 11pm last night when my partner went up to pull the battery as we weren’t being notified of cars going past our house. Since then still nothing. It only detected anything when my partner went right up to the camera to pull it down.
I’m absolutely furious that I’ve spent £350 for this pile of junk to stop working not even 3 weeks in, and from browsing the forum I can see this is a common problem

Have you checked your active mode to make sure the camera is armed? Is the motion indicator on the Devices tab for the camera black or gray? Gray means disarmed. Are you using a custom mode or the default Armed? Have you rebooted the base? What have you tried? What do you see?
