Arlo Pro cameras stopped allowing us to view live or record live. Used to work fine for almost a year and now not working. Nothing on our end changed. Arlo support just takes us thru the scripted possible issues with no resolution. Been reading on community forum that we are not the only ones, and that they have a firmware update that may have caused this issue. So we have lost the ability to see and even speak to someone at our door while not at home. The very reason why we bought them. Out $600 with no tech support.

Did you try using a different browser ?  e.g. Firefix, chrome, IE ?  OR is this happening on the mobile app?

Arlo stopped working ten days ago, no video image, just a blinking page. Today I uninstalled the app and downloaded app again. Now everything is restored.
