Arlo Pro setup, loss of email access

Hi,
while changing the email account for the app we set it to the wrong one (an email address we do not have access to) and now can't enter our account, since we can't verify the email. We tried resetting the smarthub and the cameras and can't manage to get them to connect to a new account. Is there any way we can get into out old account, somehow reversing the email change?

I don't know if this would work but you could try using Settings, Data Privacy, Account and use Delete Arlo Account. You would then need to start fresh as if you just bought the system.

When we changed the email address, we got log out of the system until we verify the new email. Since we cant enter the verify the email, we cant delete it the account either. We also tried the factory reset option and managed to get the SmartHub to connect to a new account, but cant get the cameras to be detected to connect them.
