Arlo Pro-setting up additional chime

I am attempting to set up additional chimes x 2 to work of my doorbell.  I have the first chime working and want extra chimes in alternative locations of the house, as the single chime does not ring loud enough to alert us in all locations.  I have added additional chimes through the app following what I think is a logical process (albeit im guessing because I can't find a set of written instructions)  When I try to save the setup, I keep getting an orange message banner across the top of the app screen saying "changes were not applied because your internet connection was lost"  At this point none of my chimes work and I have to delete the chimes and start again to get one only working.  My internet connection is working correctly.

 

Any help appreciated

Have you tried to reboot your base station? 

 

What firmware is your Base Station running?
