Arlo Pro sends motion is detected but cannot view new videos. Tried unplugging and restarting.

Years of flawless use (original Arlo and now Pro) and this is my first issue.

I am getting notices to my phone that motion was detected, but the library doesn't show any new videos and I can't "Live-view" any of my cameras.

I have unplugged everything and restarted multiple times, but nothing changes.  I honestly don't know where to start.

I also can't view/find videos using the web client.

The base station might need to be power cycled.
Else the base is offline. Can you get any mode status information, try to relogin a few times to see if it will work.
