Arlo Pro red flashing lights

I can sync one of my cameras but the other one despite replacing the battery keeps flashing red. Any suggestions.

Could be a faulty camera which would be best solved by swapping the system at the store. If you want to troubleshoot, use the battery from the other camera. You can also try using the AC power connection both with and without battery to see if that works.
