Can I use the Arlo Pro range extender to access my wifi for internet access?

If you are using a range extender to get signal to a point in the house where you are plugging in the Arlo base then yes you can use the same extender to access the internet for your other devices.

I guess I wasn't clear. I have the base which extends the wifi out to 300 feet for the cameras.

It shows up on my laptops etc.. as another secure wifi network. I was wondering if I could access it with my laptop as another network to access the internet.

No, it's a locked-down network with no access to users.
