HELP
I got the Arlo Pro a week ago and the basestation needs an update, but for the entire week it says update failed. I have searched so many comments, but nothing I have tried has worked. Turned base on and off many times, resynced all cameras, tried from app, and online. Nothing works. I am very frustrated that after spending $600.00 on a 4 plus star rated system that I am having this issue. Someone please help. And why is there not an actual preson customers can talk to?

Reset the system and start fresh. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button to add the base and sync the cameras. Update firmware as notified.
