Arlo Pro "Upgrade Failed" notice everytime

New user here. Just installed my unit. It is telling me on my cameras that Firmware Update is required. When I try to update I gey a "Upgrade Failed" notice everytime. I'm not sure what to do at this point??

Make sure the batteries are good and you data thruput is above 1Mbs

 

Open and pull battery and replace to reset cam, attempt again ( or plug in the Pro with the ac adapter )
