Hello-

My LG G Flex 2 doesn't seem to be picking up my voice loud enough to hear it on the other end at the camera. It is extremely quiet, nearly silent. I have re-installed the app, cleared cache, etc. Nothing is working.

Camera push to talk works great with my wifes phone LG G4 and my macbook - but not my phone.

Thoughts?

A firmware update was released that should resolve the low speaker volume issue for Arlo Pro. Be sure you have the latest Arlo Pro camera firmware (1.089.0.1_9815) along with the latest Arlo mobile app versions installed.

I am having the same issue I am using a Nexus 6P. I didn't think about trying other devices. I just noticed there was an update to the app with bug fixes. I will test again when I get home. I hope it will fix the speakr volume issue.

Quickly looked at the doc re phone...does it have Active noise cancellation and if so, can you turn it off and try.

OR, try the phone on speakerphone setting

AS a PS to above.... if the phone has noise cancelation mic ( second mic for same ) , try and cover it with your finger as a test if you can't disable it.

What version on both the camera and base do you now have? I have 1.0.89.0.1_9815 on the camera and 1.8.2.1_9773 on the base. Just trying a reboot of the base to see if anything changes.
