Arlo Pro one battery will not charge, one camera will not detect motion

Two issues:
One of the four batteries received is bad. It will not take a charge. Arlo doesn't replace on out of box delivery?
One of the cameras appears to function in all ways exceot it does not alert . I can manually video capture and it will post to library but does not detect or alert. Motion test and position tests work.

For the battery you have two choices... the retail where purchased to swap or Netgear Support for warranty issue for replacement
( btw, it cam can run without battery on ac adapter & cable )
As for alerts, you don't say pushes or emails and what device....
But since it's not detecting motion you wouldn't get them ether way.
First you must goto MODE and ARM the cameras...then go to the LIVE VIEW screen... If properly armed, the "running man over each camera will be BLACK. ( if gray then the camera wil not detect motion and record and send alerts )
Morse is faster than texting!
