Arlo Pro not showing on app

I'm trying to set up my Arlo Pro and when I go to the "new to arlo" link on the app or on my computer the options that it gives you to select from do not include the Arlo Pro just the following are options to install.

Arlo Wire-Free

Arlo Q

Arlo Q Plus

Arlo Go

Arlo Baby

Australian Nighthawk M1

That's because you need to add a base first. Unless you happen to be using a Nighthawk M1, choose Base first, although I don't see that in your list. You can then sync the cameras to the base by choosing the wirefree cameras.

The Arlo Pro does not show up in the setup, nor does the Base Station.

The camera won't show unless the base is working. Are you just setting the system up or has the system been in use? WHat are the LEDs on the base showing?

After claiming the base station, simply tap add device and select "Arlo Wire-Free" and follow the on-screen instructions to sync cameras. Are you still experiencing an issue?
