Arlo Pro not sending notifications, this is a new set up

Just set up new Arlo pro today, received email and confirmed it, however, not getting any notifications. 

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Notifications are set up in the rules for the mode you're using. If you edit the mode and edit the rules per camera, you can control the motion sensitivity, duration of recording, whether to get push notifications or emails or both. Don't forget to click SAVE when you make a change. Sometimes SAVE is found by going back a page. Don't ask me why though
