Arlo Pro not seeing internet

My internet is working for all my 4 computers . The base station seems to be working ??? and 2 differant cameras seem to have paired , yet my software says its not seeing a internet connection. The system worked great for about 10 days now it'll work once in a great while . I've been playing with the ethernet cable thinking its defective , however, that doesnt seem to make a differance. the software will go as far as the last picture ( live) but there it says it can't see internet. I'm out of ideas can anyone suggest something . Thank you guys in advance.

The usual first step is to power cycle the base.

Also what are the LEDs on the base showing....left 3 must stay green

Thanks Tom  all leds are on doing what there supose to. I'm gonna take it down one more time tomorrow....if that doesnt work i'll you see Best Buy

It could be as simple as a defective base ...driving you crazy trying to fiq out what's wrong  🙂
