I have had my cameras set up for about 4 weeks now and I guess I did not sign up for the subscription i needed to in order to save my footage for 30 days, mine is set at the basic for 7 days.  My question is can i get some footage off of these cameras from about 17 days ago?  I will happily purchase a subscription or whatever i need to do but the footage from 17 days ago is something i need off of 1 or 2 of my cameras....

any help would be great, thanks a bunch

Eric

If you are on the Basic level ( free )  then you have 7 days of rolling storage... On day 8 , day 1 is auto deleted.

TTBOMK, there is really no way to get back deleted videos

There's a chance, not guaranteed, that when you upgrade your subscription the previous day's will be available. Happened to me but not everyone.

This not going to be any help but I have a USB memory stick in mine so all my recordings go on that in case I need something older then cloud storage.
