My Device model says VMB4000 Arlo Pro, yet that's not a choice in the Model drop down.
So, Netgear has forced you to use their cloud storage and has not allowed for this "Pro" camera base station to use a NAS? Really?
Why do you shoot yourself in the foot and screw the customer's over? Now I won't buy Netgear because they are not "pro", just a marketing gimmick!

Nobody "forced" you to do anything. There's nothing that ever stated you could use a NAS (or use the base as a NAS). It's all there in black and white for the reading and investigation. Whether that suits your purposes is up to you.
