Hi Guys,

 

I have critical issues with my ARLO PRO , the motion sensor do not work properly so any motion is reported and is very anoying , is like the sensibility is always in 100% but actually is under 20% . I tried removing the battery and removing the camera from the base and added again but the problem persist . I recieved a notification every 10 seconds for nothing .

Have you set the sensitivity in your modes properly? ALso, have you positioned the camera(s) properly to minimize the false triggers? There are FAQs here that detail this.
