Arlo Pro microphone is off. Sensitivity is off and it is still recording audio

My Arlo microphone is OFF, Audio SENSITIVITY IS OFF! It is recording AUDIO CONTINUALLY! Please Help

Did you turn off audio detection in your modes and rules? That's where the settings are found. Read the FAQs here for full details.

Yes to no avail

Remove and resync the camera as well as reboot the base. That should get rid of any weirdnesses.
