We already had the Arlo Baby, just got the Arlo Pro with 2 cameras. But when “discovering” the device, the base station does not show up. Tried troubleshooting with the reset button, deleting Arlo baby, etc. with no luck. Any advice?

You have to claim the base first. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab and select the bases section. Once claimed, you can sync the cameras and have everything show up in your account.
