Arlo Pro had 7 day free storage

If I upgrade my 5 year old Arlo Pro cameras and base(VMB4000) to a Pro 4 system, will I still get 7 days free storage if I use the same account?

The 7days free cloud storage is tied to the camera model and ended after the pro2 series. You would have been limited to five cameras per account.

Cloud storage on cameras after that model require a subscription plan.

I have two H14 camera. I am not able to see my recordings. My understanding is Alro still support free 7 day recordings for old camera? Why my recording gone?

Unfortunately, the H14 is a hardware revision number that doesn't help us. Can you verify your camera model, such as original wireless (uses 4 CR123 batteries), Pro or Pro 2 that use rechargeable batteries?

Assuming they're no newer than the Pro 2 (any camera newer than that require a subscription for cloud recordings), have you rebooted your base, reinserted the camera batteries as well as verified that the active mode is not Disarmed?
