Arlo Pro false low battery indication. Changed batteries but did not fix.

I have 4 cameras that worked well and changed the batteries when indicated. I have one that now malfunctions and shows a lot battery even with new fresh batteries. I have checked the contacts inside and the order of the cells is correct. It will not connect to the network and will not function.
