 When I log into my account from my laptop, because I suddenly couldn't access my account on my phone, the message is that my camera is offline.  It tells me to make sure I'm on the internet (I am) and then click "HERE" to download updated Adobe Flash.  The link leads nowhere but I went to the Adobe website and updated Flash.  I still keep getting the same messages.  Please help.

Log out of the browser, shut down and bring it back, try again...(  clear the cache, let flash restart  )

I just tried those and no luck.  I'm wondering if it could be something as simple as a dead battery.  I ended up keeping the device plugged in all the time because it got "tired" so frequently.  I've had it for 4 months.

You could run it without the battery if need be and inside...just use the cable and adapter

Plug it in and see if it re syncs
