Hi 

 

I've been unable to put the Arlo app on the family smart phones because of the different email address. I have it on one the others are a problem. what am I doing wrong? Saying the email address can't be found or the password is incorrect

There can be only one primary holder of the account...

Since it's on your phone, use the GRANT ACCESS feature ( in Settings ) to share the cameras with the other family members...
