Model VMB4000r3 - My driveway camera detects the schoolbus passing on the street about 120 feet away and my white Nissan Murano entering and exiting the garage and driveway. It does not detect my black Nissan Pathfinder at all. The camera was looking almost straight down the driveway. I repositioned it to point at more of an angle, but still does not detect the black car. Camera motion sensitivity has been adjusted several times with the same results. It is currently at 100% sensitivity. It does detect me dressed in all black moving in the FOV. What could be causing it to miss the black car?

The motion sensor uses passive IR to detect heat, not color. If it can't detect a heat source moving across the field then it will not trigger.
