Arlo Pro cannot live stream on Chrome

I have set up everything which works fine on my phone, but on my computer I could not set up  in Safari so I used Google Crome which let me get set up but will not show live feeds.  Shows it is blocking plug-ins but I went in and told it to allow and added the web site.  Still will not  showing live feeds.

Chrome needs Flash to be enabled to view Live feeds
