Arlo Pro cameras not functioning properly. Have to disconnect one camera for other to work...

Arlo Pro cameras not recording propoerly since a week ago. Live chat support is conveniently not available. The queue on the phone is hundreds deep and would take hours of waiting. 

 

The only fix I have so far is disconnecting the inside camera so the outside works alone. I have done everyting from system reboot, repairing the cameras and switching order......to no avail when 2 cameras are connected. Anyone else experiencing this exact issue?

Hey @RAM3,

 

If you're still experiencing the problem where your Arlo Pro is not recording properly, try to reboot your Base Station again and move your camera  closer to the Base Station as a test to make sure it's working properly.

 

And if you're using any custom modes, disarm the whole system and try to used the "armed" mode to see if that helps too.
