Arlo Pro camera slow blinks the blue light and the infrared lights. Won’t connect to base.

1. Turned off the camera to charge battery and it lost connection to the base and would not reconnect.  I have replaced the battery and the camera slow blinks the blue light and the infrared lights but does not change when I try to sync it with the base.  Any suggestions?

pull battery, run camera on ac adapter and cord only, see if it syncs.

If it does, insert battery

It will blink blue when the sync is pushed but will not connect.  Then will flash amber for a few seconds and nothing, just shuts down.

Consider rebooting the base station using the on-off button and try syncing again. Do you still see the same behavior?
