I recently bought an Arlo Pro base station with 5 pro cameras all on the latest firmware (1.092.0.4_13099).  A couple of cameras occasionally get a video artifact/glitch that I am not sure if it is a hardware issue.  I know the recent firmware was supposed to address some pixelation issues, but I am not sure if this is different.   Other than this issue, the cameras work really well.   The cameras are not very far from the base station and report max signal strength.   My internet is 100 MB/s download and 5 Mb/s upload with a single R7000 router.   Video glitch imageVideo glitch image I contacted Netgear support, but wanted to see if anyone has seen anything like this.

Have seen it, sometimes signal interference...

How oftten and when does it occur?  Is it repeatable ?

It seems like every 5-7 days I will get a video clip that has the issue.  The last time it happened for a couple of videos that occurred within a few minutes of each other.  I just changed the setting from Best Quality down to Optimized to see if that helps.  I noticed that my Android App version of the video doesn't show the same interference.  It might show some ghosting of the moving person/car but the bottom of the video doesn't get badly pixelated like in the example.  The image I posted was from the web page version I downloaded and viewed online.  I am not sure how that is happening?? Maybe a different codec used by android vs windows for the mp4 files?
