Arlo Pro camera not working. Inserted brand new batteries and blue LED flashes then turns off

My camera does not work. I inserted brand new batteries into my arlo pro and the blue LED light flashes for about 1-2 seconds and then turns off.

What have you tried? Have you tried resyncing it to the base?
