hello, am new to the community. I have the VMB3010r2 base station and using an Arlo pro camera in front of my house. it has been working fine but it appears no motion or video has been recorded for the month of March. I just tried moving into the field of detection click on the play button of the device and was able to see me in the display. however my movement was not detected nor video recorded for it.
I have two step verification enable with my cell phone and my husband's Ipad as trusted devices and my husband's cell phone as the one to receive text messages
what is going on?

When trouble shooting, alway do the easiest things first....
1) pull battery and replace ... test
2) reset the base via the power button, allow it to come back online ( about 2 mins) and test
as to your testing...if live viewing, you override the motion detect and the camera will not record unless you manually start recording

Thank you for that, I will try those steps. I also noticed that the app is showing a firmware version of 1.092.0.29_57_8bc7ce9, is that the current version of firmware seems kind of a low number?

Pulling the battery and reseating it took care of the problem also powered off the base . upon further testing i have the camera right by me and I am typing away and not detecting the motion of my arms and fingers.
Should I remove the device and readd it? or could the sensor be damaged?

ok, I have it mounted and did detect me placing it back on the mount and taking down the ladder. so looks good.
