Arlo Pro battery not charging 3 of 4 charge fine

Arlo Pro - 4 cameras - 3 of the 4 charged fine.  1 has been on charger overnight and shows plug icon on device status.   swapped out battery with a fully charged battery, still nothing.   Not sure what to do?

are you using the same charge adapter ?

It requires the supplied charger as it will not charge on a reg 5v usb ( has dual v , 5 and 9 )

If you swapped with a good known battery and it was still NG, it may be the camera. 

If so, then contact Netgear

Same charger, and swapped out a known good battery and it did not help.   What I ended up doing was removing the device from the system and added it back and it is working fine.   Thanks for your response.
