Arlo Pro base station will not connect to my iPhone

Tried for several hours to get the base station to connect to my iPhone - no luck! Green lights on. Tried re-set. Tried everything!!! Also tried contacting "chat line" - also no luck. Just a blank screen.

Will return to Costco for a refund. Looked like a great product.

WHat LEDs are what colors? Did you claim the base first? Is your phone on your WiFi?

Can you see it from the browser UI?  Did you add the base station from your iPhone?  iOS version?

 

Also, the base station is a bit of a background device.  Did you try adding a camera after the base station was up with all three green lights on it?
