Arlo Pro base station overheating?

my base station keeps shuhtting down.. is it because it is overheating? it is in an enclosed loaction along with a router and phone modem.... they seem warm but the Alro base does not seem to be particularly warM/ Is it very sensitive to overheating?

What do you mean going off line, what are the front LEDs showing when this happens... Is it power or Internet offline.

 

But, it may just be a bit close... but an easy test, move it out and away the lenght of the cable and see if the issues continues ( either one )

 

If it does, I would recommend a full reset of the base and re install the cameras as if new.

 

If the problem still keeps happening and going off line, then maybe a call to Netgear Support may be in order.
