Arlo Pro base station not recording

I have set up my Local Storage ON: "USB Device Recording". But when i safely removed the storage and view the folder, there is nothing in it (NO recording at all). Any suggestion?

Make sure the usb drive is formated properly ( fat 32 ) and power button reboot the base unit.
