Arlo Pro app periodically forces you to renter your password

Seems like the app periodically forces you to renter your password... I use fingerprint for login but every few weeks it says token expired and makes me put the password in again.  This is annoying since it forces me to either use a simple password which is less secure or dig out my complex password again.

Is this normal and is this necessary for some reason?

might be a bug.

i have a similar issue for iphone x. if we use faceid, it crashes the app. the arlo app never remembers my password, thus i have to re-enter it every time I want to use the app. yep its a pain in the ass.

A new Arlo iOS app was released (2.5.2). Is this issue still being experienced on this latest version?
