Arlo Pro app doesn't work on my new iPhone SE. Seems to work fine on iPhone 6.

I bought a new iPhone model SE and no longer use my old iPhone model 6.  I am still using the old phone number on the new phone.  The Arlo app ported over to my new phone but won't open.  Do I need to deleted the Arlo app from my old phone in order to get the app to open on my new phone?  Or maybe redownload the Arlo app on my new phone?

Yes, try deleting the app on the new phone, and doing a fresh install.

 

No need to remove the app from the old phone.

That did the trick.  At first the new phone only showed the basestation under "Devices".  None of the cameras were listed.  Thought I might have to add each of my cameras to the new phone manually.  However, after I "disarmed" the system using the new phone, all the cameras are now listed under "Devices".  Seems to working fine now.  Thanks!!
