Audio is detected settings not working correctly. Both of my sets of cameras (Pro & Pro 2). Only options are on at level 3 or off.
Any ideas or help.

Are you using the arlo website app, could be buggy still.
Does it work better using the arlo app on a mobile device?

Are you trying to detect audio for recordings or are you trying to disable them? Are you doing this in your modes and rules?

I am using them in Modes and Rules. The only option for sensitivity is either 3 or off. It used to me your options were: off, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Any ideas?

But are you trying to just change the setting or disable audio detections? Do you have a phone so you can try the app to see if that works?

Just trying to change the settings. I have the app, but the features are not the same as on the web version.

Very odd. A brute force method to try to resolve this rather than beating your head against that brick wall would be to remove all devices from your account and start fresh. PITA? Yes, but it should resolve any issues.

Funny thing is that I have done that with some of the cameras and still the same thing. I wonder if it because these are older generation ones and they are not allowing it to have that feature anymore.
