Arlo Pro alerts - no recordings

I have 3 arlo pro cameras.  One recently replaced by Arlo under warranty.  Now this replacement camera is alerting me of motion however I have no video recordings and I cannot see live view on this camera.   This is highly disappointing as I'm actively using this camera to alert me of my shy cat that I"m trying to catch.  This camera worked well 24 hours ago for the same purpose.  I restarted the base and the camera.  Any advice?

Did you remove the camera and do a re-install?

Did you add the replaced cameras back in any custom modes ( if using )?

BTW, lack of LIVE VIEW is usu a flash issue.

Also try and swap the camera with another and see if the issue follows the camera.
