Arlo Pro - Won't re-Sync, blinks orange twice / Streaking on recordings

driveway.JPGI have one camera that won't re-sync since firmware update, and one camera that streaks green/lines when recording. All other topics I saw on this I couldn't reply to, sorry if redundant.
Things I've tried:
-Batteries out, re sync, unplug and move hub to anothe room and try to resync, swap cameras to see if its a location /wifi thing (it isnt), remove cameras from app and re-add, reset hub.
-all of the above changed nothing for either camera problem

I have called in, and chatted with tech support, and feel like the 5-10 hours of troubleshooting I've wasted warrant selling this system off and never going back.  The online chat I had to retype my entire problem out EIGHT different times to different tech specialists each time, as it would disconnect me or cut me off and I'd restart. I refuse to waste my time on that anymore.

 

Cameras stopped working at 8 month point. I've asked for warranty ,every tech specialist just wants to drag this out and troubleshoot some more, ie re-hashing what I already did.

 

Any thoughts on:

a) streaky recordings that take any value out of the recording

b) resyncing orange lights (if a moderator replies again with what the meaning of the lights are I may cry, I know it means 2 fast blinks means it won't connect to the base station). 

 

I feel like I've done so much solo troubleshooting on this I could rewrite some of Arlos documents, so I reach out to you users please 🙂
