Arlo Pro Won't Sync, Blue Light When Plugged In Only. Swapped battery and tried syncing.

Hi,

I've had the camera operational for a few years now with no issues. Last week it showed the device as not connected. I charged it overnight with no results. I eventually deleted the camera and tried starting over with no luck.

I swapped out the battery with 2 other working cameras and still nothing. When the camera is plugged into the charger the blue light is solid, when I remove the charging cable the light turns off. When I try and sync, with it plugged in, the light will not flash blue. The sync button still has a tactile feel to it. The other 3 cameras work fine, although quality of the recordings seems to have gone considerably downhill, heavily pixelated.

Am I doing anything wrong?Do I have a paperweight?

Try the Contact Support link at the bottom here. It sounds dead to me but they may have some clues.
