Arlo Pro Wireless Cameras Not Transmitting Video To Library

My Arlo Pro wireless cameras are not transmitting info to library.  Chat line for support doesn''t work and there is no way to call (even though they say call) and I am ready to ditch the whole system if someone can't help me.  The cameras were transmitting when we first put them up 2 days ago, and two cameras were working this morning but now none are.

If needed you can call support by clicking on the Contact Support button on the bottom of this page, then scroll down and click Contact Support again. Numbers are listed by country.

First thing for you to try is restart the arlo base by turning the power off/on to the base using the power button on the back of the base. Also, if needed, pull the batteries on the cameras and reinsert to restart the cameras as well. Hopefully that gets things working correctly.

If above doesn't work, I'd remove all cameras ( remove device ) and then the base ( remove device ) and start all over from as if new setup.
