Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera, cannot sync

I have a new Arlo Pro wire free camera. Went to sync it to the base station. I cannot even get the blue light to come on. I have charged it, taken out the battery, and put it back in, still nothing. Where do I go from here?

Fast answer - swap at the store. Long answer - open a case with support. Could be either the battery or camera.

Contact support. You may have a faulty camera. Or take it back to the retailer
