Arlo Pro Wire-Free Not Connecting To Two Smart Phones

Hello, I am new to Arlo Pro. I have everything connected (still have to place one camera). What I'm wondering is how can I connect my husband's smart phone. I tried yesterday. I created a password for him but prompts wanted me to go through the ORIGINAL STEPS to connect and we are already past that.

Then, I typed in MY email/password and it worked, BUT it knocked me off MY phone.  

Is there a way we can both have access in case we are away from each other?

Under Settings , there is GRANT ACCESS ( or share cameras )
