Why can't the Arlo system retain programmed settings?
Several times a week, my cameras stop recording via the triggers that I have programmed. I have to set up the recording triggers again and then wait for them to break again later in the week. I keep getting the notifications that motion is detected, only to go to Arlo and see that my cameras didn't record anything.

Settings are saved. Sounds like a system reset is needed to get back to normal.

I think the system resetting itself is the problem that keeps clearing out my settings. How do I get them to stay configured?

I would definitely try the system reset by removing all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button to add the base and sync the cameras. If it still occurs, only opening a case with support will help since it could be a hardware or backend problem.
